For the third consecutive year, RuePublique is teaming up with the Arrondissement du Plateau-Mont-Royal to distribute plants to residents of the Mile-End within the "Cultivons le Plateau" program.
For the event, St-Viateur West will be closed to traffic between Esplanade and Waverly in order to celebrate public space and bring artistic and cultural activities to the street. The activities will include interactive workshops, music and other fun projects led by neighbourhood community groups. Come be a part of Mile End en Fleurs 2016 and help promote greener public space!
Even though the distribution of plants is limited to Plateau-Mont-Royal residents, everything else is open to all. There will also be free compost, composters for sale as well as a horticulturalist to help answer all your gardening questions.
